Therapy From the Heart is seeking a Part time /Full Time Massachusetts licensed pediatric occupational therapy practitioners to join our group in delivering outstanding occupational therapy services to children, from toddler age through young adulthood. Hours are available Monday through Saturday with the potential to grow to full time for the right candidate.
Peer Projects and Therapy From the Heart is a growing outpatient pediatric practice located in the Cummings Center in Beverly, MA. Our clinicians come from diverse clinical backgrounds. We are looking for enthusiastic clinicians with strong communications skills who are passionate about learning, thrive when working as part of an interdisciplinary team, understand the value of peer mentoring, and exhibit comfort and ease when working with parents and families.
Responsibilities may include providing individual evaluations, treatment planning, development of plan of care, individual treatment, parent and caregiver education, record patient documentation in a timely fashion, maintain clean, maintain neat orderly working and treatment areas, collaborate with OT and SLP.
Minimum Requirements:
* Graduate of accredited program for Occupational Therapy Practitioners
* Current license as an Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant in MA.
* Current Certification with NBCOT
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient, employee and company proprietary information.
* Able to relate professionally and positively, and work cooperatively with patients, families, and other employees at all levels.
