As a Senior Human Resources Generalist you will be a key HR business partner, providing strategic HR support and guidance across various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
What You'll Do:

Continuous communication and reinforcement of company culture. Team Member assessment of culture monitored on regular basis via Sazerac Culture Survey and limited use of Best Places to Work surveys. Tangible results in improvement of culture scores based on survey feedback.

Drive conversations with hiring managers to understand skill gaps, look at internal talent and suggest position moves, as well as supporting hiring managers in identifying and attracting top talent, alignment around hiring and staffing process with all parties committed to move quickly to successfully close on hiring of top talent.

Exceeding expectations across all customer segments, including external and internal customers. Needs in all areas are anticipated and requests and complaints are addressed as much as possible to the satisfaction of all customers.

My Development system design and implementation to include active My Development evaluation for each team member with regular feedback sessions between team member and manager, overall grid rating for each team member, 360 degree feedback program. Identify the #1 Skill to be developed by each team member.

Follow local state and federal laws to ensure compliance.
Required:

Bachelor’s degree

4 years relevant experience (minimum)

Ability to communicate with all levels of an org

Demonstrated ability to think strategically

Experience participating in and/or leading change management initiatives

Self-motivated, self-directed, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

Ability to drive results in a complex, high-growth company

Strong knowledge of US employment laws

Excellent critical thinking skills, initiative, attention to detail and creativity

The annual salary range for this role is $98,000- $148,000. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
