- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Experience in supervising or leading a team is a plus.
- A solid understanding of retail math concepts will be beneficial in managing sales transactions.
