Success Together, Inc. is a local non-profit that partners with school districts to offer classes for parents and families. Topics range from academics and social-emotional skills to life skills and positive discipline.

What You’ll Do
We’re looking for enthusiastic Parent Class Facilitators to lead engaging and helpful classes for parents of PreK-12th grade students.
Responsibilities include:
- Teaching lessons from our ready-to-use, evidence-based curriculum in a warm, engaging way.
- Connecting with parents before and during class to make sure they feel welcome and informed.
- Learning curriculum to teach confidently, and be able to answer questions that come up during class, and help parents engage in discussion.
- Leading your assigned class team (assistants, interpreters, childcare staff) to ensure classes run smoothly.
- Preparing materials, keeping accurate records (attendance, timesheets, updates), and communicating with program leadership.
- Using energy, presence, and clear communication to keep parents engaged.
- Picking up class materials from the Success Together office once a week during office hours (9am - 5pm, weekdays).
- Preparing in advance for successful class sessions.
Schedule & Location
- Evenings required: At least 2 evenings per week, Monday–Thursday.
- Hours: Arrive by 5:00 pm; classes end by or before 8:00 pm.
- Worksite: In-person at school campuses in Fresno and nearby communities (generally within 45 minutes, from Kingsburg to Madera).
- Extended travel opportunities: We also serve schools further out (Avenal, Los Banos, and surrounding areas). Facilitators who are open to traveling to these schools receive additional pay and mileage reimbursement for travel time. Candidates available for these locations are greatly desired.
What We’re Looking For
- A passion for serving families and creating welcoming learning environments.
- Experience presenting to or teaching groups of adults (required). Confidence and energy are essential.
- Strong communication skills, with a voice and presence that keeps people engaged.
- Ability to connect with diverse audiences and adjust to their needs.
- Reliable transportation, internet access, and comfort using Microsoft Teams & Outlook.
- Professional presence, good judgment, and alignment with our core value: Treat people well.
- Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Clearances required upon hire:
- Background/Livescan and DMV check
- Negative TB test or chest x-ray
Pay & Benefits
- $150 per class taught (includes prep, teaching, and wrap-up) = approx. $30/hr
- Flexible prep time (done from home)
- Mileage reimbursement for travel more than 15 miles from our Fresno office
- Additional pay + mileage reimbursement for extended travel assignments (Avenal, Los Banos, etc.)

- This is a part-time, school-year-based position.
- Hours will vary depending on your availability and scheduled classes.
