Duties
- Perform residential tasks including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and
- Implement proper cleaning procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment
- Conduct laundry services efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Use manual handling techniques to lift heavy items safely during cleaning tasks
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care methods
- Ensure all surfaces are cleaned thoroughly to meet sanitation standards
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively, including vacuums.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods
- Communicate professionally with clients to address specific cleaning needs or concerns
- Follow janitorial and custodial procedures to uphold health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents and proper handling of cleaning equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently
- Strong time management skills to prioritize daily duties effectively
