Perfect for students or recent graduates studying fashion merchandising, marketing, communications, photography, business, digital media, or related fields, this paid position offers real-world experience while working alongside a fashion industry professional with more than 40 years of experience.

Owned by a fashion industry professional with more than 40 years of experience in costume design, luxury retail, vintage fashion, merchandising, buying, and designer resale, the store offers a unique learning environment unlike any traditional retail position. Our experience includes work in film and television, recognition by Vogue, and the exclusive opportunity to represent and sell the Pierre Cardin archives in the United States.
This is a rare opportunity to gain hands-on experience while learning every aspect of the luxury fashion business—from buying and merchandising to social media, styling, e-commerce, and customer relations.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a first-class luxury shopping experience.
- Assist customers in selecting luxury menswear, designer accessories, footwear, and collectible fashion.
- Learn to identify luxury brands, authenticate merchandise, and recognize collectible vintage fashion.
- Photograph new arrivals for our e-commerce platforms.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms, including Reels, Stories, and short-form videos.
- Stay current on men's fashion trends, runway collections, luxury brands, and emerging social media trends.
- Style mannequins and create visually compelling merchandise displays.
- Assist with inventory management, pricing, tagging, receiving, and organizing merchandise.
- Operate our POS system and accurately process customer transactions.
- Assist with photo shoots, fashion events, marketing campaigns, and public relations opportunities.
- Help maintain the appearance and organization of the boutique while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine passion for men's fashion and luxury brands.
- Understands current fashion trends and enjoys learning about designer labels and collectible fashion.
- Is active on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms and understands what makes fashion content engaging.
- Enjoys creating photos, videos, and short-form content.
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Has retail or customer service experience (preferred but not required).
- Experience with Canva, Shopify, photography, video editing, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative software is a plus.
