About the Role:
We are seeking a Regional Director of Human Resources to oversee HR operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities. If you have a passion for talent development, employee engagement, and strategic HR leadership, this is the role for you!
Major Responsibilities:

Lead and direct HR operations, providing full-time oversight and accountability for the region.

Ensure seamless HR coverage and support during leadership vacancies and transitions.

Recruit, hire, train, and develop human resources staff.

Partner with care center teams to create and implement recruitment and retention strategies.

Serve as an HR subject matter expert for Regional Vice Presidents of Operations and Care Center leadership.

Participate in regional meetings, providing HR insights on retention, employee relations, and compliance.

Establish consistent HR practices for engagement, investigations, onboarding, and performance management.

Conduct facility visits to provide supervision, foster communication, and assess HR operations.

Ensure company, state, and federal HR regulations and policies are consistently followed.

Develop and implement innovative HR initiatives that improve systems, processes, and leadership development.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.

Minimum five (5) years of human resources experience, preferably in a regional role.

Strong track record in performance management and employee engagement.
