Demolition Foreman – Commercial Demolition & Concrete Cutting

Pay Range: $30.00–$35.00 per hour DOE
Cement Cutting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Demolition Foreman to join our growing team. We specialize in commercial and industrial demolition, selective demolition, concrete cutting, core drilling, slab sawing, wall sawing, and concrete scanning throughout San Diego County. We are looking for a self-motivated leader who takes pride in running safe, productive, and professional jobs.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead demolition and concrete cutting crews.
- Plan and coordinate daily jobsite activities.
- Read blueprints and understand project specifications.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, superintendents, customers, and general contractors.
- Complete daily reports and job paperwork.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Train and mentor crew members on proper work practices and equipment operation.
- Operate demolition and concrete cutting equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and professional jobsite.
- Conduct and participate in daily safety meetings and hazard assessments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of commercial demolition experience.
- Previous experience leading crews and managing projects.
- Knowledge of selective demolition and concrete cutting operations.
- Ability to read plans and perform layout work.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends as required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

- CPR/First Aid Certification

- Silica Awareness Training
- Forklift Certification
- Aerial Lift Certification
- Confined Space Awareness

- Fall Protection Training
