Overview
This position assists in managing stadium security operations to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property during daily activities and events. Responsibilities include supervising security personnel, coordinating with law enforcement agencies, responding to incidents and emergencies, conducting investigations, and enforcing stadium policies and procedures. The role also supports planning, scheduling, training, and evaluating security staff, and may assume full responsibility of security operations in the absence of the Stadium Security Officer.
The Assistant Stadium Security Officer provides security support during events, including crowd control, VIP protection, and safeguarding cash handling areas, while ensuring proper documentation and reporting of all incidents.
Requirements
Experience: Candidates must have relevant experience in security operations, law enforcement, or protection of property, including supervisory experience overseeing security personnel.
Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively, prepare reports, conduct investigations, respond to emergencies, and manage security operations in a large public venue. Ability to handle high-pressure situations, enforce laws and policies, and supervise staff.
Licensing: Must be registered as a Security Guard with the State of Hawaii and possess a valid Hawaii driver’s license.
Pay: $26.21 per hour
