Saltbreaker is seeking solid Hot Line Cooks who have the desire and ability to create consistently good food, keep a tight station, and work well as part of a team. Must have consistent availability to work daily shifts Wednesdays to Sundays.

Pay: $30-32 per hour ($20 per hour, plus tips of ~ $10-12 per hour)

What you’ll do
- Consistently execute dishes on the hot line according to Chef's standards
- Prep your station
- Stay organized and clean
- Communicate with the team and support flow of service
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of hot line experience in a full-service upscale restaurant kitchen
- Demonstrated skill and and technique to execute at all hot stations - grill, fry, saute
- Strong sense of urgency
- Dependable, humble and, respectful
- Able to lift, push and carry up to 40 lbs; stand for long periods; make repetitive motions for extended periods of time
