We are seeking a compassionate, engaging, and dependable Part-Time Group Facilitator to join our growing clinical team. This individual will facilitate psychoeducational and process groups for women participating in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The ideal candidate is confident leading discussions, creating a safe therapeutic environment, and supporting clients through their recovery journey.

Responsibilities
* Facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups using established curricula.
* Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging group environment.
* Encourage client participation while maintaining healthy boundaries.
* Document group attendance and client participation in a timely and professional manner.
* Collaborate with therapists, case managers, nursing staff, and psychiatric providers.
* Uphold confidentiality and maintain compliance with HIPAA and program policies.
* Support the mission and values of Her Harbor Recovery Center.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in substance use treatment, mental health, or social services preferred.
* Experience facilitating groups is highly desirable.
* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, Addiction Studies, or a related field preferred.
* CADC, CATC, RADT, or other behavioral health certifications are a plus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to establish rapport while maintaining professional boundaries.
* Strong organizational and documentation skills.
* Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
