What You’ll Do
In this position, you will use your insurance knowledge and sales expertise to help customers secure meaningful protection. Responsibilities include:
- Drive consultative life insurance sales through inbound calls with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct thorough coverage reviews, identify gaps, and recommend the appropriate Gerber Life products to meet each customer’s financial protection needs.
- Confidently guide customers through the application and purchase process, overcoming objections and closing opportunities on eligible calls.
- Provide high-quality service while completing policy changes, processing payments, and managing account requests.
- Maintain strong compliance standards while consistently working toward individual and team sales goals.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking candidates who bring real insurance or high-performance sales experience to the table:
- Active Life, Accident, and Health License in your resident state — required.
- Ability to obtain additional non-resident licenses within 60 days (Completed through Gerber Life Insurance) — required.
- 1–2+ years of life insurance, financial services, or high-volume sales experience -required
- Prior contact center or insurance experience -required
- Demonstrated ability to sell, cross-sell, and close in a consultative environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for customers.
- Proven success working in fast-paced environments with measurable performance goals.
