Building the Future of Zoek's Partner Channel
About the Role
Zoek is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Partner Acquisition & Development Manager to help scale our rapidly growing white-label partner program division.
This is an opportunity to build and scale something from the ground up.
You'll be responsible for identifying, recruiting, activating, and growing strategic reseller partners—including marketing agencies, consultants, SaaS companies, technology providers, and other businesses looking to expand their offerings by reselling Zoek's products and services under their own brand.
You'll own relationships throughout the partner lifecycle: from the first conversation and partnership pitch through onboarding, activation, ongoing growth, and expansion.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in relationship-driven, consultative sales; loves networking and building long-term business relationships; and gets excited about turning those relationships into scalable revenue opportunities.
Success in this role is ultimately measured by one thing: growing partner revenue.
And as the partner program grows, so does your compensation, responsibility, and opportunity for advancement.
This Isn't a Traditional BDR or Account Executive Role
You'll be joining one of Zoek's fastest-growing strategic initiatives—and helping build what comes next.
This role gives you the opportunity to help shape our partner channel from the ground up, work directly with leadership, influence go-to-market strategy and future product development, and play a meaningful role in scaling a program that's already seeing significant momentum.
You'll have the autonomy to build relationships, identify new opportunities, bring ideas to the table, and directly impact how we grow our agency, reseller, and strategic partner network.
As the Partner Program grows, we want you to grow with it. There will be opportunities to take on greater ownership, mentor and help onboard future team members, contribute to the direction of the department, and advance into larger leadership responsibilities.

Key Performance Targets
- 8–10 new signed partners per month
- Drive measurable month over month increase in monthly partner-channel revenue
- Continued growth in recurring monthly partner revenue and partner order volume
