A growing sales company in Tampa is expanding its Business-to-Business division and is seeking an ambitious individual to join their professional sales team.
We are representing this organisation as they continue to build partnerships with small-to-medium-sized businesses across the Tampa area. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals looking to transition into a structured B2B sales career with full training provided.
No previous business sales experience is required — however, confidence, professionalism, and drive are essential.
The Role
The Entry-Level Sales Assistant will be responsible for engaging directly with local business owners and decision-makers within an assigned Tampa territory.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Meeting business owners face-to-face to introduce relevant products and service solutions
- Understanding each company’s needs and identifying opportunities to add value
- Delivering clear, professional presentations tailored to the client
- Guiding businesses through the onboarding and account setup process
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and performance metrics
- Working toward structured weekly targets within a supportive team environment
This is a consultative B2B role focused on relationship-building rather than transactional selling.
