Office Administrator / Sales Support - Crowley's Granite & Quartz (Tualatin, OR)
Crowley's Granite & Quartz is a family-owned countertop shop in Tualatin. We've been fabricating and installing granite and quartz for Oregon and SW Washington homes since 1998. Our 17-person team finishes over 500 projects a year, and we need someone to run the front office and help customers with remnants and vanity packages.
What you'll do
- Manage our remnant inventory. Photograph, measure, and tag remnant slabs, and keep the list current so customers and the sales team can see what's available.
- Sell vanity packages. Help customers pick a remnant top, sink, and cabinet, and quote set-price packages. We'll train you on the products and pricing.
- Answer incoming calls and route them to the right person. You're often the first voice a customer hears about their countertop project.
- Greet customers and visitors at the front desk.
- Ask customers for a Google review after their install, and help respond to reviews.
- Create and schedule social media posts featuring our projects and available remnants.
- Keep office records organized and support the team with day-to-day tasks.
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable talking with customers about products and prices. Retail or sales experience is a plus.
- Organized, and able to handle several things at once.
- Comfortable with Google Workspace.
- Familiar with Facebook and Instagram.
- Dependable and self-motivated. Some of this job happens out in the shop, not just at a desk.
- Office experience is a plus, not a requirement. We'll train the right person.
Pay and schedule
- $20 to $25 per hour, based on experience.
- Full time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Room to learn new skills and grow with the company.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
