MODE Renovation is looking for a proactive communicator who loves engaging with people. As a Brand Ambassador at MODE, you won’t just be "generating leads"—you’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners looking to transform their lives by transforming their homes. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between our premium renovation services and the community, turning casual conversations in our retail partner locations into high-quality design appointments.
What You’ll Do:
- Set appointments for our expert design consultants to keep our large-scale operation running smoothly.
- Represent our brand inside premier retail stores (no off-site events required at this time).
- Act as a product expert, providing homeowners with a professional introduction and performing quick demonstrations of our specialized services.
- Qualify retail customers to determine if they are homeowners and the right fit for our renovation solutions.
- Use our CRM system to capture lead data and coordinate directly with the Inside Sales Team to schedule convenient appointment times.
Schedule & Hours (Full-Time / Part-Time):
- Flexibility: Opportunities available for both part-time and full-time hours (ideally 3 to 5 days a week).
- Shift Options: Flexible AM and PM shifts are available within retail hours (9:00 AM – 8:30 PM, 7 days a week).
- Weekend Focus: Weekends are our highest-traffic days, so primary availability on weekends is required.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation, retail sales, or successful support roles.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Exceptional verbal skills and the ability to turn any interaction into a positive brand experience.
- Comfortable with the internet, web-based reporting, and using basic systems to input customer data.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to meet goals with little supervision.
