Consolidated Solutions, a marketing production company is looking to hire a Client Services Coordinator.
Pay is based on experience. Starting wage-$50,000.
All candidates must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and attention to detail!
Applicants must have:
- Previous experience in Commercial Printing and/or digital printing or similar industry such as advertising agency or in-house production department, etc.
- Experience with direct mail and/or Wide Format experience a plus
- Experience with EPMS or similar print management systems
- Strong computer, verbal & writing skills
- Strong communication skills – ability to communicate with clients, vendors and internal production team
- Be extremely detail oriented & organized
- Have the ability to learn & take initiative
- Strong ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Collaborative work environment with clients in the healthcare, retail and higher ed spaces a plus;
The client services coordinator serves as an internal liaison between sales, client and production departments. They will communicate with external clients on a daily basis via multiple forms of communication and follows jobs throughout company to ensure customer’s quality expectations as well as deadlines are being met. Will work with outside vendors on an as needed basis. Will organize all current projects as well as estimated projects to guarantee the clients needs are being met and all jobs are in process. Give updates to client and communicate with management team on any issues.
