The Solomon Organization is seeking a full-time Make Ready Coordinator to oversee the unit turn over & work order process at Kensington Club Apartments located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. This fast-paced position requires coordinating the turnover maintenance efforts to deliver market-ready units on time that comply with company standards. The position requires broad experience and understanding of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC trades. Experience in purchase and order processing is essential. Ideal candidates possess strong organization and leadership skills, and have extensive experience with inventory systems, and vendor management. This candidate must be detail-orientated, self-motivated, and organized. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Coordination of staff and trades for all work needed to turn over apartments
· Perform apartment building inspections
· Assess check-out charges/estimates for apartments
· Provide preventative maintenance information as needed
· Review work orders submitted for accuracy and completion
· Assist with coordination of annual safety inspections
· Communicate and offer solutions for building maintenance issues
· Assist with purchasing, receiving and installation of items needed for apartment/building areas
· Perform other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIRMENTS:
· 3 years of coordinating trades/groups for the completion of projects (Required)
· Ability to pay close attention to detail and be flexible in a fast paced and growing organization
· 5+ year of demonstrated experience providing high-touch customer service
· Personal computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook
· Yardi experience a plus
· Effective oral and written communication skills
· Demonstrated ability to work well with a diverse group of individuals
