Company Overview
Kiddie Academy has been a leader in education-based child care for over 40 years, serving families with children from 6 weeks to 12 years old. Our programs focus on nurturing a lifelong love of learning through our proprietary Life Essentials curriculum, supporting children’s growth and development in a safe, engaging environment. We are dedicated to fostering professional and personal growth for our team members.
About the Role
This is a marketing driven leadership role for someone who knows how to grow a brand and fill a pipeline, paired with the warmth and credibility to do it in early childhood education. Working closely with and reporting to the Academy Director, the Assistant Director leads our marketing, brand presence, and enrollment growth, turning community awareness into tours, and tours into enrolled families. You’ll own our social media voice, drive local outreach, and bring fresh, creative energy to how the Academy shows up in the community.
What makes this role unique is the blend it calls for: real early childhood education experience combined with a genuine understanding of NAEYC accreditation and the quality standards behind it. We’re not just marketing a service; we’re sharing the promise of high-quality, accredited care, and you’ll need to understand what that means and why it matters to families.
We see this as a true growth opportunity. For the right person, someone with the passion, drive, and results to match, this role can grow into expanded leadership and responsibility over time. All of this is in alignment with Kiddie Academy’s belief that Community Begins Here.
