Responsibilities:
How you’ll make an impact in this role

Installs, inspects, maintains, and repairs all heating, cooling, ventilation, refrigeration, and ice-making systems.

Applies specialized knowledge of steam distribution, piping, valves, water reheat systems, and energy management systems.

Responds to after-hours emergencies, manages power outage procedures, and strictly follows safety protocols using personal protective equipment (PPE).

Coordinates with personnel regarding work orders, ensures compliance with building and safety regulations, and keeps tools and vehicles in safe operating condition.

Dedicates 20% of the role to participating in meetings, training workshops, and assisting with special projects as assigned.

License:

EPA Certification (level II preferred)
Must have one or more of the following:
Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Graduate of trade school
Work Experience:

3 years of related experience

Other equivalent combination of relevant education or experience
