Requirements:
What you'll do
- Be a true team player—back up your teammates and hold the standard you've set with clients.
- Handle customer communication by phone, email, and in person: taking orders, answering questions, and serving as a technical resource.
- Become the product expert customers trust—know the features, benefits, and applications inside and out.
- Resolve complaints about billing, shipping, or service, looping in the right team when something needs deeper investigation.
- Support our AS9100 quality process: logging complaints and non-conformances, and flagging where we can improve..
- Do the right thing, and take on other tasks as needed.

Who you'll work with
Blend's customers range from the teams that manufacture and paint military jets to the shops that build custom cabinets—and everything in between. Day to day, you'll be talking with the purchasing, vendor, and accounting representatives who keep those businesses running.
What you'll bring
- A High School Diploma
- Strong reading, writing, and communication skills, including handling sensitive inquiries or complaints.
- Comfort with internet software, Excel, an ERP (Prophet 21), a CRM, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
