With 1,900+ homes sold, Team Sherrod specializes in helping buyers and sellers navigate the mobile home market throughout Florida's land-lease communities, including many 55+ communities. We provide marketing, support, and transaction coordination so you can focus on what you do best—selling homes and serving clients.
What You'll Do
- List and market mobile homes for sale
- Meet with homeowners to discuss pricing and selling strategies
- Assist buyers in finding the right home and community
- Schedule and conduct home showings
- Build relationships with prospective buyers and sellers
- Negotiate offers and guide clients through the sales process
- Work closely with our transaction coordination team from contract to closing
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, social media, and community outreach
