We're not talking about being an agent. Bird River Properties is a cash home buying company. We buy houses directly from homeowners in tough situations, and we need someone who can close.
Only a small percentage of people can actually show up, execute, and do it consistently. If you're still reading, maybe you're one of them.
What it actually takes:
- You have to be able to talk to people, genuinely connect, build trust fast, and handle hard conversations without flinching
- You must be coachable. Ego kills deals
- You need a real desire to win, not just an interest in it
- Your work ethic has to be relentless not occasional, not when it's convenient
- You can't be carrying unresolved baggage into this role. Current drama, distractions, or instability will bury you before you get started
- You have to play the long game. Pipelines take time to build, especially in real estate. If you need a fast win to stay motivated, this isn't it
What the role looks like:
- Meet with motivated sellers (leads provided and appointments set for you), understand their situation, and present cash offers
- Negotiate and get contracts signed
- Manage your pipeline and follow up relentlessly
- Work within our proven process and systems
What you'll earn:
- 100% commission - no ceiling
- Top performers earn $100K–$200K+
- Deal fee structure discussed in interview
Who we want:
Someone with a track record in sales or real estate who's ready to go all in. You don't need a license. You need grit, people skills, and the ability to close.
What you'll do:
- Meet with motivated sellers in person throughout the St. Louis Metro area
- Work with warm, pre-qualified leads
- Close deals through wholesale, novation, and fix & flip
- Follow up relentlessly and manage your pipeline in our CRM
- Represent Bird River Properties with professionalism and integrity in every seller interaction

Requirements:
- 2+ years in sales (real estate not required)
- Proven track record closing sales in person
- Valid drivers license & reliable vehicle
- Located in St. Louis, MO
- Ability to meet sellers on their schedule, including weekends and evenings if needed
Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
