Principle LTC seeks an experienced Business Office Support Consultant. This position will assist with facility compliance, data analysis, training and development of Business Office personnel and A/R billing and cash collections. This position will require the selected candidate to travel to multiple skilled nursing sites within and around the Northeastern North Carolina area.

Job Summary:
- Evaluate staffing needs and participate in the interview process of new business office personnel
- Complete quarterly monitoring of facility compliance to company policies and procedures
- Analyze data to identify financial trends, develop and implement plans for billing follow up, collections and account analysis.
- Serve as resource regarding questions, problem accounts and computer utilization.
- Assist with AR and cash collections as needed
- Facilitate communication between Home Office Accountants and Billing Services.
- Travel to facilities within the assigned region as necessary and/or as directed to assist the bookkeepers/facilities.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be knowledgeable in skilled nursing services, Medicare, Medicaid, Insurance and private billing.
- Facility bookkeeper or relevant experience with Medicare, Medicaid and insurance billing, preferred.
- Computer experience required
- Point Click Care experience preferred.
- Driver's license in good standing
- Willingness to travel 90% of the time
