Role Summary
We’re hiring a Soccer Strength & Conditioning Coach who can lead high-quality performance sessions (speed, agility, strength, injury prevention) and step into soccer skills training when needed in both private and group settings. You’ll coach youth athletes primarily, with occasional adult sessions depending on schedule and demand.
What You’ll Do
Coach 60-minute sessions in:
- Speed & agility development

- Deliver a great athlete + parent experience (clear communication, high energy, strong professionalism)
- Support baseline testing and periodic re-tests (e.g., 10-yard sprint, 5-10-5, vertical/broad jump)
- Maintain safe, organized training flow (set-up, coaching cues, clean-up)
- Collaborate with the JJ SPORTS team to improve programming and session quality
Who You Are
- You have a strong coaching presence and can connect with youth athletes (ages ~8–16)
- You’re detail-oriented, self-regulating, and consistent
- You can coach both sports performance training and soccer skills without losing quality
- You care about athlete development, confidence, and long-term progress—not just “hard workouts”
