Harbor View is seeking a nurturing, patient, and passionate Lead Toddler Teacher to join our Harbor View family. This role is ideal for an educator who truly enjoys the toddler stage and understands the importance of routine, consistency, and loving guidance during these early years.

Responsibilities Include:
- Lead and manage a toddler classroom
- Create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support growth and milestones
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Maintain classroom routines, licensing standards, and daily documentation
- Model patience, professionalism, and a genuine love for early childhood education
