Key Responsibilities

Quickly read and understand order tickets and abbreviations to ensure accuracy

Cook wings to perfection using timers and basket positions

Filter and refresh fryer shortening daily for quality and safety

Follow safe, clean, and sanitary cooking procedures in compliance with health regulations

Sauce and garnish bone-in wings, boneless wings, and strips

Prepare side items such as hand-cut seasoned fries

Package wings attractively to ensure a delicious presentation

Maintain cleanliness and assist in kitchen organization throughout your shift

Help unload deliveries and lift up to 60 lbs as needed
