Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Digital Sales Representatives through hands-on training and daily feedback
- Hire and onboard new associates and train them on CRM, phone, and internet processes
- Review and quality-control incoming calls, texts, and emails to ensure every lead gets a manager touch
- Manage the full pipeline of unsold internet and phone leads, driving daily appointment counts
- Desk proposals, provide terms, negotiate trade values, and close deals over the phone and online
- Build, measure, and continuously improve internet sales and inbound phone handling processes
- Create CRM templates and messaging that drive stronger customer engagement
- Conduct competitive price and offer shopping to keep deals moving

Required Skills/Experience:
- Previous experience as a Digital Sales Manager, Internet Sales Manager, Sales BDC Manager, or similar leadership role (automotive strongly preferred)
- A track record of coaching reps to hit appointment-setting and conversion benchmarks
- Confidence desking deals and negotiating trade and purchase terms
- Strong phone presence and the ability to model great customer conversations for your team
- Comfort with CRM systems, performance dashboards, and reporting
- Solution-oriented, positive, lead-from-the-front attitude
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; must pass background screening
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Digital Sales Representative Team

Pay
- Pay Range $65,000-$100,000 annually
