Three Stacks Brewing Company & Hotdoggery is hiring a Cook/Support Staff.
While in the kitchen/cook position, it will require you to prepare and plate our dishes to order. Running food, doing dishes & light food prep is required some of the time. We make gourmet hot dogs, nachos, elote and other snacks that pair with our beer. The cook is not required to grill or fry as we have a “cold kitchen”.
While working in the support position, the duties include – food running, stocking glassware, bussing tables, washing dishes.
This is a great chance to learn different aspects of the beer & restaurant industry. We have a small team where everyone works together to ensure we are putting out a great product, and our guests are taken care of. We promote from within & are looking for the right person to complete the team.
Must be available to work the following hours.
Cooking - Sunday 10:30am-4pm / Monday 4pm-9pm / Wednesday 4pm-9pm at $19/hr plus tips. (averages $21 +/hr)
Support Staff - Friday 1pm-6pm / Saturday 11:30am-4pm at $16.90 + tips
Please keep in mind that this job requires weekends & holidays (we are closed on Christmas & Thanksgiving Day). Limited to no time off for the first 90 days.
