We are searching for an experienced reliable maintenance technician to add to our exceptional team of maintenance staff. Although our maintenance technicians work independently most of the time, there is always someone willing to lend a helping hand with our team atmosphere and very knowledgeable maintenance supervisors.
Maintenance technician responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Making repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Completing work orders and make ready tasks assigned by Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.
- Plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
- Miscellaneous basic tasks.
- Participate in preventative maintenance plans for the property.

Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as an apartment maintenance technician or in a similar role.
- HVAC certification. No certification, no problem, we will provide the training information to you.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50-100lbs.
*Pay based upon experience. $22/hour and up depending on experience.
