American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse for an Oncology unit position requiring ONS certification and Epic experience.

Inpatient Oncology unit with a 28-bed adult acute care hematology/oncology unit and a 15-bed intermediate care Stem Cell Transplant Unit (SCTU)
-
Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4
-
Night shift, 4x12 hours (19:00-07:00)
-
13-week assignment with option for 36 or 48 hours per week
-
Every other weekend and every other holiday required

Floating required in accordance with facility float policy

Active VA or compact RN license (pending accepted)

BLS certification required, ACLS preferred

ONS certification required, with certificate to be provided
-
ONS chemotherapy/immunotherapy certification required, may be pending if completed prior to start

Epic EMR experience required

Provide direct patient care within a hematology/oncology and stem cell transplant care setting

Up to 40 hours of requested time off may be approved per contract
-
Must wait 12 months before returning as a traveler to this facility
