Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and text follow-ups to warm and cold leads
- Set appointments for solar and roofing consultations using HubSpot and AccuLynx
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
- Stay informed on service offerings, pricing, and market trends to confidently guide customer decisions
- Identify new sales opportunities and refer high-potential leads to management for closing support
- Work leads from inbound sources and team assignments across solar and roofing divisions
- Manage your pipeline daily through HubSpot and AccuLynx with updates and notes
- Build trust with customers and guide them through the sales journey from contact to close
- Crush individual and team sales targets with accountability and energy
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service (construction, roofing, or solar preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive personality
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
