We're seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Supervisor who takes pride in delivering high-quality work, leading by example, and creating an exceptional living environment for residents.
This leadership role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys mentoring others, solving complex maintenance challenges, and ensuring every apartment home and community is maintained to the highest standards. You'll oversee all maintenance operations while developing your team and partnering with community leadership to drive property performance.
What You Will Do

Lead and oversee all maintenance operations for the apartment community

Diagnose and complete service requests, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance repairs

Prioritize, assign, and monitor work orders to ensure timely completion

Oversee apartment turns, including scheduling, inspections, and quality control

Supervise, coach, train, and support maintenance team members
-
Maintain pools, grounds, amenities, and common areas to company standards
-
Coordinate vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and capital projects
-
Ensure preventative maintenance programs are completed consistently
-
Maintain inventory and order supplies while managing maintenance expenses
-
Deliver exceptional customer service through professional communication with residents

Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies
What You Will Bring
The ideal candidate will possess:

Valid driver's license

HVAC Certification (Required)

Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification (Required)

Three or more years of multifamily apartment maintenance experience

Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Strong troubleshooting skills across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance

Proven ability to lead, train, develop, and hold team members accountable

Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills

Excellent customer service and communication abilities

Self-motivation, reliability, and exceptional attention to detail
