What You’ll Do
- Work 1:1 with children and teens with autism and related challenges
- Follow individualized behavior plans developed by a BCBA
- Help clients build meaningful skills through play, structure, and creativity
- Support families with education and behavioral strategies
- Track progress and document sessions accurately (we’ll train you!)
- Collaborate with our amazing team of BCBAs, RBTs, and support staff
- Grow your skills through hands-on experience and ongoing training
What We’re Looking For
- Current RBT certification (or willingness to become certified within 90 days, we can help!)
- Positive attitude, strong communication, and a genuine love for working with kids
- Basic knowledge of ABA principles and behavior management
- Ability to stay organized, be flexible, and work both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with HIPAA and maintaining client confidentiality
- Experience in special education or behavioral health is a plus, but not required
