We're looking for an Operations Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and isn't afraid to lead from the front.
Job Summary
As an Operations Manager, you will oversee nightly restaurant cleaning operations throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area, ensuring every location is completed to company standards before opening.
This is a hands-on leadership position that combines operations, customer service, quality control, crew management, and business development.
You won't be sitting behind a desk all day—you'll be visiting restaurants, communicating with clients, supporting crews, solving problems, and helping grow the business.
Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly inspections of restaurant cleaning projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
- Ensure every location meets Clean My Restaurant quality standards.
- Manage and support multiple cleaning crews.
- Provide coaching, accountability, and performance feedback.
- Respond quickly to operational issues and customer concerns.
- Text and communicate with restaurant managers and clients throughout each shift.
- Build strong relationships with restaurant operators and management teams.
- Collect business cards and contact information from restaurant managers for future sales opportunities.
- Identify potential new business while visiting customer locations.
- Complete inspection reports with photos and notes.
- Coordinate scheduling with operations and management.
- Ensure all jobs are completed on time and restaurants are ready to open.
Schedule
- Full-time
- Evening and overnight hours
- 7 days per week availability required
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- On-call as needed
Qualifications
- Restaurant, hospitality, janitorial, or operations management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple crews simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Highly organized and dependable.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable using smartphones, texting, and mobile apps throughout the workday.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to travel throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
