This isn't a production line environment. You'll become a trusted adviser to privately owned businesses, helping them plan ahead, avoid surprises and make better decisions. You'll work with clients across Construction, Manufacturing, Retail and Professional Services, building long term relationships instead of simply meeting filing deadlines.
You'll have the freedom to manage your own client portfolio, lead advisory projects, oversee tax compliance for pass through entities and tackle the technical research that makes a real difference to business owners. You'll also play a big part in developing the next generation of accountants, mentoring your team and helping shape the future of the firm itself.
They're looking for someone with 7+ years of public accounting experience, strong technical tax knowledge and a CPA. If you've always enjoyed the advisory side of public accounting more than simply ticking boxes, you'll fit in well here.
Alongside a salary of $120k to $200k, you'll receive hybrid working, 401(k) with profit sharing, health insurance, CPA licence and CPE paid for, parking and the opportunity to build genuine relationships with clients who value your advice, not just your signature.
