Printing company seeks office administrator with bookkeeping and customer service experience.
Customer Service
- Support up to 10 sales representatives
- Complete paperwork for new projects to start production
- Update clients on project status
- Prepare shipping labels and documents for LTL freight shipments
Accounting/Bookkeeping
- A/R - Invoice completed projects and enter received payments
- A/P - Match vendor invoices to purchase orders and packing slips and enter bills
- Reconcile bank statements
- Deposit client payments
- Calculate commission due to sales representatives
- Collect on past due client accounts
General Office Work
- Draft correspondence and internal communication announcements
- Prepare employee timecards for submission to payroll bi-weekly
- Order supplies for office and production department
- Maintain organized records (e.g. completed project files, employee training, A/R, A/P, etc.)
Additional Duties As Needed
Basic knowledge of QuickBooks and accounting required.
Speaking Mandarin Chinese and/or Spanish are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
