Job Description Meet annual student enrollment goals Meet monthly KPIs tied to enrollment goals Clearly and thoroughly explain, via telephone, SMS, and email, our programs and services to interested families and partners Generate and/or follow-up on leads resulting from specific marketing campaigns of individuals interested in our online offering Reply to communications from customers, related to targeted marketing campaigns, via phone, email, fax, direct mail, and other means, including both sales and customer support activities Develop strong rapport with customers and families to ensure a very positive impression of Al-Huda School and our products and services Enter detailed notes to ensure a positive customer experience Provide exceptional service via phone and e-mail to inquiries and applicants Closely follow up with applicants to complete their applications and move them to the testing stage of the application process Skills Motivated by reaching enrollment goals Demonstrated ability to persuade & close sales Possess an assertive, Islamic, professional entrepreneurial spirit Apply a positive customer service attitude in interactions with all internal and external customers Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Customer-focused relationship-building approach Ability to relate to others A professional that operates with Islamic ethics and integrity High degree of flexibility Maintains meticulous attention to details Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast paced environment Team player track record; Highly collaborative Candidate Requirements: High School diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred Prior experience working in the education industry a plus Prior experience in sales a plus Technologically proficient
