We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. Position Summary:
As an Association Administrator, you must be eager to provide one-on-one customer service with the understanding that you represent the face of a company focused on providing superior service.
Essential Job Functions:
- Delivers and promotes prompt, courteous, and outgoing friendly service to all residents, guests, and fellow employees in a manner that promotes our values.
- Assists with maintaining records of maintenance and operating costs, as well as all related Association documents.
- Confers regularly with community association members to ensure their needs are being met.
- Assists Community Association employees in answering incoming calls, directing them to appropriate personnel, takes and delivers messages.
- Performs general office work such as word processing, filing, operating copy, and scanning.
- Assists with correspondence and other special projects as assigned.
Certifications/Licenses:
- CAM License not required; Reimbursement to obtain CAM License may be available
Experience/Background/Knowledge:
- Knowledge of Microsoft products like Excel and Word.
- Must have prior HOA experience.
Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively with managers, guests, and employees in one-on-one small-group situations in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to create and disseminate written correspondence.
Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, regular standing, talking and hearing is required.
