We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide expert pharmaceutical care, ensuring safe and effective medication use for diverse patient populations within a community setting. Your expertise will support clinical decision-making, optimize medication therapy, and promote positive patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess community pharmacy experience along with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and patient service excellence. Responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately in accordance with physician prescriptions and hospital protocols while maintaining compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and adjust medication therapy plans.
- Provide medication counseling and education to patients and healthcare staff to enhance understanding of drug regimens and promote safety.
- Supervise pharmacy operations within community pharmacy settings, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and quality assurance protocols.
- Requirements
- Valid pharmacist license in good standing with relevant state or national pharmacy boards.
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient service delivery and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
