About the Role
Pocas International Corp. is seeking a Sales Administrative Associate to join our headquarters team in Carlstadt, New Jersey.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer communication, order processing, account support, sales development, and cross-functional teamwork. The position is more than a traditional sales support role. It offers the opportunity to learn the import and distribution business, support customer growth, assist with account development, and help the company expand into new product categories including food and beverage, specialty products, and potential K-beauty / cosmetics lines.
The successful candidate will support customer relationships, assist with order processing and customer follow-up, gather market and competitor insights, and help drive sales opportunities across our growing global product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Communication & Account Support
- Communicate professionally with new and existing customers regarding product information, order status, availability, pricing, promotions, and general account support.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for customer inquiries, follow-ups, and day-to-day account communication.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen positive business relationships with customers.
- Support customer satisfaction by responding clearly, accurately, and in a timely manner.
- Follow up with customers on open matters, including order-related questions, product requests, payment-related communication, and account support items.
Order Processing & Internal Follow-Up
- Support customer order processing from initial communication through internal coordination and follow-up.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Purchasing, Marketing, and Accounting teams to help ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service.
- Track customer requests, order updates, backorders, inventory questions, and follow-up items.
- Maintain organized records, notes, reports, and communication history related to customer accounts and order activities.
- Help identify and communicate potential issues that may affect customer satisfaction, delivery timing, inventory availability, or account performance.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in sales, customer service, account support, order processing, business development, or client-facing roles preferred.
- Experience in food and beverage, wholesale distribution, import/distribution, retail accounts, or specialty product sales is a plus.
- Experience in K-beauty, cosmetics, skincare, beauty retail, beauty distribution, or related product categories is a plus.
- Experience communicating with customers, processing orders, coordinating with internal departments, or supporting account growth is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with customer follow-up, sales reporting, product presentation, promotion support, or market research is helpful.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in sales, customer service, business, marketing, food and beverage, cosmetics, distribution, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Ability to work on-site at Carlstadt, New Jersey.
- Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are a plus, but not required.

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range: $45,000–$55,000, based on experience, qualifications, and business needs.

- Business travel and approved business expense reimbursement, in accordance with company policy.

This is an in-person position based at Pocas International Corp.’s Second NJ Office in Carlstadt, New Jersey.
