Do you love the smell of fresh espresso and fresh-baked goods? We’re looking for a Baker & Barista to join our passionate, fast-paced team. This unique hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys early mornings, precision in the kitchen, and warm, welcoming customer vibes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with light baking, prep cooking, and plating
- Brew espresso drinks and craft specialty beverages with consistency and care
- Open and close prep and café stations with cleanliness and efficiency
- Maintain kitchen organization and uphold food safety standards
- Occasionally contribute to menu testing and seasonal offerings
- Think creatively and bring fresh ideas to the table — we love team input and stepping outside the box
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing (a plus).
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service when interacting with guests.
- Basic understanding of math for inventory management is beneficial.
- Experience with coffee preparation is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

HIRING MULTIPLE POSITIONS! Base pay + tips, employees average $20+ an hour! Full time or part time offered!
