Responsibilities
- Assist clients in applying for and maintaining housing assistance programs.
- Provide customer service via phone and in person providing information and connecting persons to the appropriate party.
- Assists Housing Manager and Executive Director as needed.
- Processes tenant work orders and coordinates with the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Data entry and billing for tenant utility and work order charges.
- Composes monthly newsletter.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures and equipment.
- Ability to interact effectively with the public ensuring a thorough understanding of all information given and received.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of integrity and ethical behavior when dealing with confidential or sensitive information and monetary transactions.
- Skill in use of computer hardware components and software programs including word processing, database management and spreadsheet applications.
- Valid driver's license
- Graduation from an accredited high school supplemented by additional course work and training in office administration; experience in meeting and dealing with the public; strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
