What You'll Do:

Be the friendly voice our customers love to hear—whether it’s answering questions, solving problems, or simply making someone’s day better.

Use your multitasking skills to manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and more.

Manage and maintain customer accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.

Learn all about our products and services and share your knowledge with customers to help them find the perfect solutions.

Keep things running smoothly by updating customer accounts and ensuring all interactions are logged accurately.

Collaborate with a team that’s all about exceeding customer expectations and delivering top-notch service.

Keep cool under pressure and maintain a positive, empathetic approach, even on the busiest days.
What We’re Looking For:

A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.

High School diploma or equivalent
-
At least 1 year of customer service experience (but if you’re awesome, we’re flexible!).
- Strong communication skills—whether you’re talking or typing, you know how to make a connection.

Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new tools quickly (Microsoft Office experience is a plus).

Problem-solving skills—you’re quick on your feet and love a good challenge.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, if needed.
- Completion of Nozzle Nolen Orientation & Training.

Ongoing training as identified by supervisors or HR.
Physical Requirements:

Sitting at a desk and working on a computer for extended periods.

Occasionally lifting to 10 lbs.
