Serve as the primary liaison between the owner and various stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, correspondence, and change orders, to support project transparency and accountability.
Supervise construction activities, ensuring that they are carried out safely, efficiently, and within budget.
Engage with key stakeholders, including government agencies, utility partners, and data center management, providing regular project updates and ensuring alignment of goals.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, reports, and permitting files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
8 -12 years of demonstrated experience in the development, permitting, procurement, and construction power plants, preferably reciprocating internal combustion engines or simple cycle gas turbines.
