Build Structure. Create Consistency. Make an Impact.
At Tura, we're looking for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity.
We're not simply looking for someone to process paperwork—we're looking for someone who takes pride in keeping the details organized, creating structure where it doesn't yet exist, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
If you're the type of person who naturally creates checklists, notices inconsistencies before anyone else does, enjoys improving processes, and finds satisfaction in making things run smoothly, we'd love to meet you.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the operational side of Human Resources and wants to help build structure, improve processes, and support a growing organization.
What You'll Do
As our HR Coordinator, you'll become the operational backbone of our Human Resources department. You'll help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly by coordinating administrative processes, maintaining employee records, supporting payroll processes, preparing reports, and ensuring information is accurate, organized, and up to date.
You'll partner closely with the HR Manager to help build consistency across the department by documenting procedures, improving workflows, maintaining tracking tools, and making sure the countless details that support our employees don't fall through the cracks.
This is a highly collaborative role where your organization, follow-through, and attention to detail will make a meaningful impact every day.
Responsibilities
You'll support a wide variety of HR operational activities, including:
· Coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding
· Maintaining employee personnel files and HR records
· Preparing employment-related documentation
· Responding to employee questions and providing exceptional customer service
· Coordinating timekeeping and PTO administration
· Auditing timesheets and supporting payroll processes
· Coordinating benefits administration and leave tracking
· Preparing recurring HR reports and maintaining dashboards
· Auditing employee data to ensure accuracy and consistency
· Creating and maintaining checklists, tracking tools, and process documentation
· Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
· Coordinating HR invoices and administrative processes

- Loves organizing information and creating structure.
- Is exceptionally detail-oriented and dependable.
- Enjoys improving processes and finding more efficient ways of working.
- Can comfortably manage multiple priorities without losing track of the details.
- Takes ownership of their work and follows through.
- Communicates professionally and enjoys helping others.
- Is comfortable working in Excel and maintaining reports and tracking tools.
- Values accuracy just as much as efficiency.
HR experience is certainly valuable, but we're equally interested in candidates with strong administrative or operational backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow within Human Resources.
Qualifications
Required
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- One to three years of experience in Human Resources, office administration, payroll support, benefits administration, or another administrative or operations-focused role.
