Qualifications & Required Experience:
- Current Special Education certification (SPED MA)
- Valid Moderate/Severe (Mod/Sev) License for Massachusetts
- Previous experience teaching students with diverse learning needs preferred
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, individualized instruction aligned with IEP goals
- Assess student needs and tailor academic and behavioral supports
- Work closely with general educators, paraprofessionals, and families to maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student growth and compliance with state regulations
- Lead and participate in IEP meetings, demonstrating strong advocacy for every learner
