This working leadership role oversees receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control, and directly supervises warehouse associates to keep our fast-paced fulfillment operation running safely, accurately, and on schedule. What You'll Do
· Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control
· Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow to meet productivity, accuracy, and shipping deadlines
· Train, coach, and develop warehouse associates on procedures, safety standards, and equipment operation
· Enforce OSHA safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures
· Monitor inventory accuracy, lead cycle counts, and support physical inventory audits
· Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day operational issues, escalating to the Warehouse Manager as needed
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe distribution center
· Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
· Track team performance metrics and provide feedback to warehouse leadership
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce errors
What You'll Need
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience
· Prior supervisory, lead, or team leadership experience preferred
· Forklift certification, or willingness to obtain certification
· Basic computer skills, including WMS, inventory systems, or spreadsheets
· Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety practices
