About Compleat KiDZ
Compleat KiDZ is a leading provider of pediatric therapy services dedicated to helping children and families thrive. As we continue to grow across North Carolina, we are seeking an energetic, driven, and relationship-focused Recruiter to support our high-volume hiring needs for Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

This position is fully onsite in our Belmont, NC Corporate Office.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for BT and RBT positions across multiple locations

Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and outreach efforts

Conduct high volumes of phone screens and virtual interviews

Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit

Partner with clinic leaders and hiring managers to meet staffing goals

Extend employment offers and review compensation, start dates, and onboarding expectations with candidates

Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

Build and manage candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Track recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring updates

Support recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives as needed
Requirements:

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent recruiting experience

2+ years of recruiting experience; healthcare, ABA, behavioral health, or high-volume recruiting preferred

Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phone with candidates

Experience conducting phone interviews, virtual interviews, and extending offers

Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously

Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Work Environment
This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and recruiting software. Occasional travel to clinics or recruiting events may be required.
