We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Lead Maintenance Technician with advanced electrical expertise to join our team. This leadership role demands a highly skilled and proactive individual with over 7+ years of manufacturing electrical experience.

Lead troubleshooting and repair of complex electrical faults on equipment and machinery.

Drive process improvements through proactive maintenance, problem-solving, and team leadership.

Oversee and ensure the efficient and accurate completion of work orders.

Manage and optimize preventive maintenance programs.

Lead and contribute to project execution.

Execute general maintenance duties as needed.

Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, mentoring and training junior electricians

Independently and safely perform tasks with minimal direct supervision.

Champion and enforce all prescribed Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations, coaching junior personnel in their application.

Complete all required safety and regulatory training and ensure compliance within the team.

Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all work performed (L2l).

Understand, execute updates to, and utilize electrical drawings, schematics, and work procedures, both electronically and within panels.

Label wiring accurately and clearly.

Establish and maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with Visual Management and 5S standards, implementing 5S principles where needed.

Proactively escalate and implement improvements to issues affecting key metrics: Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.

Interface positively and professionally with all levels of team members.

Work from established procedures and verbal instructions, suggesting changes to improve existing processes.

Perform all assigned duties, offering guidance and support to others on complex problems.
BA or Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.-
Completion of Qualified Electrical Worker Training within the last 3 years.

7+ years of related work experience in a manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing complex electrical systems without assistance.

Proven proficiency in Robotics troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair.

Proven proficiency in PLC troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair.

Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work independently on complex jobs.

Basic understanding of mechanical systems (bearings, gearboxes, conveyors, etc.).

Demonstrated leadership behaviors: Mentor, Train, Lead, Communicates Properly and Appropriately.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as walking, standing for extended periods, stretching, climbing, twisting, turning, pulling, pushing, reaching, and bending.

For candidates new to the electrician role or new hires, 160 hours of hands-on training will be provided.
